Yogurt Calorie Count Did This Ruin My Workout?

Did this ruin my workout? - yogurt calorie count

OK, it has become one of the most intense weight lifting sessions of my life ... and I ate a chicken salad with feta cheese a little (2 pinches) and an average size of whole-grain pita .. Then I have an apple, peanut Service, bananas, yogurt, popcorn, 100 calorie, low fat healthy eating Chicken Pot Pie (me) ... Then I had about 2 cups animal crackers and lollipops 3 ... I also played basketball. ... the amount of calories was estimated for the day was around the year 2000 ... Is this the right .... Lollipops and ate half an hour before bedtime ..... I asked, pallets, bananas, animal crackers in bed, so close to taking my training to ruin .... please help = /

Are firstly, because you lift weights, I'll take you to develop your muscles. So guess what? Eat More, helps not only build muscles! Some professional bodybuilders eat up to 6000 calories per day.
