The confidence of his sister in the title and his aunt is the trustee of the trust. Your aunt needs to act.

EA "" da ... that would be your aunt.

Your aunt by a trust of life (and still is) owned by your sister lives in the cause of death.

Your sister has died no control over up to her aunt.

A trust allows the administrator to change or eliminate the dependence on the will, and does not require the signature of his sister to do.

When his aunt dies ... Jumps of the estate and the property is transferred directly to your sister.

Her sisters name is on the act, but only as beneficiaries of the trust, but has no ownership is up to his aunt died.

So the answer to your question is not, you can add your name at work, because her sister does not possess.
